Another big season finishes of sporty memories and stories. There were so many highlights for our children and some great results too. We do thank all of the parents who helped make the season a success. We welcome your feedback so please make contact at any stage with future ideas and improvements.

Inter Regional Cross Country Championships at Hanmer

Great opportunity for our keen Cross Country runners to compete against the best. The inter-regionals matches provinces from North and South Islands. They're being held in Hanmer this year.

We have a number of Waimairi kids in the Canterbury team and others opting to race individually.

If you would like to enter the Inter-Regional Cross Country Championships (IRXC2014) on Thursday 25 September 2014 at Woodland Walk Reserve, Hanmer Springs and are NOT in your representative team, please fill out this entry form BY 10 AUGUST. (Late entries accepted till 10 September - but no guarantee of a medal).

Please note that race entry is $20.00 per runner. This will need to be paid before you compete. You can pay this by Internet Banking to Primary Sports Canterbury Cross Country a/c

1) 10.30am Year 5 and below Girls 2.4km (2 laps)

2) 10.45am Year 5 and below Boys 2.4km (2 laps)

3) 11.00am Year 6 Girls 2.4km (2 laps)

4) 11.15am Year 6 Boys 2.4km (2 laps)

5) 11.30am Year 7 Girls 3.6km (3 laps)

6) 11.50am Year 7 Boys 3.6km (3 laps)

7) 12.10pm Year 8 Girls 3.6km (3 laps)

8) 12.30pm Year 8 Boys 3.6km (3 laps)

9)     12.50pm Past Competitors'/Open 3.6km (3 laps)

10)   1.10pm 8 x 1km Inter-Regional Relay

          1.45pm Prize-giving at finish line or at Hot Springs Hotel if wet.

Note: There is NO Postponement Date, organisers may change the course if there is adverse weather.
